Halloween Trick or Treat invitation with a pumpkin basket and candy.

Ghostly greetings to you…when you drive HWY 165 in Scott, Arkansas don’t be spooked by the Ghoul’s and Goblins that will be participating in this years Drive 165-Scott Fest Halloween Crawl.  On Halloween participating businesses will offer Halloween tricks and treats to your littles at their booth outside their businesses from 5pm-8pm, October 31st, 2023. Flyers will be produced and furnished to the local schools..
