Cottages at Farmstead by Marlsgate located at Walker's corner features Air B&B Cottages on Ashley Bayou. We currently have two of the four cottages availalbe to rent. We are naming these cottages by season, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. If you have an RV and looking for a great location to hookup we currently have 14 x 45 concrete pad for your Motorhome or Campers. Coming soon is our Music-Pavillion equipped with an area entertainment. Coming soon we will also have available through our collection of rentals a House Boat on beautiful Bearskin Lake or book an experience on our Vintage River Boat and enjoy the scenic Arkansas River. So, whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, a family reunion, or just need extra space for your wedding guests. Marlsgate Properties has you covered. While staying at Farmstead you can look upon the beautiful Heritage Fruit Trees, Blueberry Farm, Ashley Bayou and our newly planted Pecan tree orchard.
